Sub-teams (Double rinks)

With this feature enabled, the league is generated so that each team is split into 2 sub-teams and each match is split across 2 rinks.

On the score entry, a score is entered for each rink played.

Team members using the Score Input on the iPad will see 2 matches on their Today list, and will have to do the score entry flow twice.

The system combines the 2 scores and to give the team an overall score for the round.
