Handicap scoring

When creating a league, you can enable Handicap league to allow a handicap score offset to be entered for each team.

This is used throughout the season to offset the real match scores.

When enabled, on the Teams page for the league, a new column appears allowing a handicap to be entered per team:

NOTE: Handicap scoring is not available on Competitions at this time.
