Reach the Members list page by clicking Members on the menu then Members list:
The Members list page:
The page has 3 main sections:
- Filters
- Groups
- Members list
Each of these is explained in more detail below:
Filters
The main list results is controlled by the filters set in this section.
If the list appears to be missing members, it's best to set these filters and click the Apply filters button to ensure you are viewing the full list of members.
NOTE: The filters remain even if you refresh the page.
Groups
Once a selection has been made on the main list, the selected members can be added to a group here. See Creating groups of members.
Members list
The table is made of the columns:
- ID - This is the member number
- Type - This is the current membership type or status
- First name
- Last name
- Home
- Mobile
- £ - Button for accessing a member's transactions
- Invoices - Button for accessing a member's invoices. See Viewing a member's invoices
- Edit - Button for reaching the Edit member page. See Editing a member
- Selection checkbox - Allows the selecting of individual members for adding to a group
Above the table is a count of the members that are currently shown in the table, based on the search filters applied above:
Above the table to the right is a search box:
As soon as you begin typing here, it searches:
- Member number
- Type
- First name
- Last name
- Home
- Mobile
The search does not work for other information e.g. postcode.

The list defaults to sorting by member number. The list can be sorted by other information by clicking the column heading, for example clicking Last Name column heading once will sort the list by last name alphabetically:
The sorting will reset if you refresh the page.
