If you have been listed as a member of a team playing a competition in the current Playing Season, you may have access to book the date & time for your matches through the Member Portal.
This depends on whether your club has opted for this feature.
Log in to the Member Portal provided by your club, then navigate to the My Account area. If you see the Club competition matches option, then inside this page you will see any upcoming bookable competition matches.
You will see the option to Book a slot, and this requires you select 2 timeslots/rinks on the same day, ideally the same rink and in connecting sessions.
There are several reasons why you may not have any matches available:
- You listed as a member of a team playing a competition in the current Playing Season
- The Playing Season has not started yet
- The competition has not started
- Your next opponent has not yet completed the previous round's match
- Other - ask your club for more information
