Scoring Rules - Sets

The purpose of Set Scoring is to ensure each match has a winner, typically a "best of 3 sets" match is played.

Go to Manager > Scoring Rules - Sets

Here you will see a default scoring ruleset and the ability to add a new combination in the blank row at the bottom.

The results table calculates the standings based on these point rules.

When entering results for a match, at least 2 results (one for each set)  must be entered. Or 3 results if a tie-break set is played.

• Tie-break (3rd game) should never have a score when 1 team wins first 2 matches or wins 1 and draws 1
• Tie-break score must be entered if each team wins 1 match
• Tie-break score needs to be left blank, not zero, when not played
