If you forget or lose your password to accessing the Support Tickets, then please follow these steps:
Log in to the Bowlr system
Click Support on the top right
You'll arrive at a login page:
Enter your main club email address and click Next, you'll then see a password field:
Click the Forgot your password? link under the Log in button. The page will display a success message and an email will be sent to the club.
If it is not a success message, the email address your club registered before is different to the one you tried, and you'll need to contact the Bowlr Support Team by phone or email for further help.
