Adding a sponsor's logo to the blank score card

Under Manager -> Files, the PDF templates are available for viewing and downloading.

For club matches and other scenarios where the system doesn't generate score cards, you may wish to add a sponsor's logo or image to the front of the score cards.

The Bowlr System doesn't have this feature, however it is very simple to do using a 3rd party tool.

Click the Score cards - Sponsored Blank.pdf file.

Then download it.

Next, on your browser go to https://www.pdfescape.com

You'll arrive at:

Click the Choose button:

Then find the blank Score Card PDF you've just downloaded, probably in the Downloads or Desktop folder.

Then the page will take you to the editor:

Then find the image file with the sponsor image and select it.

You'll be returned to the editor page with a yellow message explaining that you should Click and drag on the page to place the image.

When you do so, the image will appear and you may need to adjust the dimensions so it looks it's best and proportional.

Next, right click the image and select Duplicate:

Move the image into place:

And repeat until all 4 score cards look correct.

Finally, use the green button to download the edited PDF, ready for printing.
