Booking a roll-up match

Clubs which use the Bowlr system can offer Online Booking to its members.

Visit the club's Bowlr Microsite and log in.

When viewing the diary, you will see a BOOK A MATCH button:

(If you don't see this button, the club has decided not to give its members the option to book online)

Clicking this button takes you to a page in your account area which displays any current bookings. On first use this will be empty:

Click the Make a new booking button to proceed.

On the next page, you'll see today's diary for your club, clicking/tapping on empty timeslots will display the option to Book Slot:

Clicking this orange button will lead to a pop-up with more options:

If your club allows Roll-up booking, the option will already be selected, other options may be available in the dropdown menu under the Agreed/Provisional selection:

Your name will be filled in already in the top name field. More names can be added if you know the players that will join you.

When ready, click the Book online button:

You'll be taken back to the bookings list page with your booked match visible and the match will be immediately visible to the club and other members.

You'll also receive an email confirming the match is booked.

Different types of bookings (Roll-up/National/County etc) will appear in the diary as the colour set by the club.

Clubs can allow members to delete/cancel their own bookings. If you don't see this option, then your club has not allowed it.
