The most efficient way to quickly add transactions to multiple members is by using the Generate transactions feature.
In the Members -> Members List page look for a new button Generate transactions. If you do not see this button contact the support team and we will enable it.
Before clicking the button, first a selection of members needs to be made.
The Filters on the top left can be used to narrow down the members list as needed, i.e. by membership type (A). Then use the Select All checkbox on the right (B) to quickly select members. Then click the Generate Transactions button (C):
Which leads to a pop-up:
In this pop-up, the following must be defined:
- Due date
- The date the club is expecting to receive the payment by
- Subscription season
- The accounting year this transaction belongs to, for reporting and filtering later
- Payment for
- The fee type to be applied i.e. Membership Full
- Amount
- The amount due
It is possible to add multiple fees to multiple members in one go by using the Add new payment button.
Clicking the Add transaction button will immediately create the selected transaction(s) for each selected member.
There is no on-page confirmation, but clicking the Show multigenerated transactions button will reveal the recent action(s):
And the option to reverse the action is available with the Remove button.
