It is very helpful to include a screenshot with most support tickets.
On the Windows operating system, just press the Prt Scr button, if you have one.
Then go back to the Support Ticket page and when your cursor is in the Description box, just Right-click and Paste.
The screenshot should upload to the ticket.

On Mac, press Cmd+Ctrl+Shift+3 to take a full-screen screenshot. And you can Paste it in the Description box the same way, through Right-click -> Paste, or by going to Edit in the top left of the screen -> then Paste.
