If your club has the Touchscreen Diary option, and it is not loading correctly, these are the troubleshooting steps to follow:
- Check the main Diary TV is working, this confirms the problem is only with one device
- Confirm others computers at the club have internet access
- Restart the TV and media box by switching off/on at the wall
- Check if someone has moved or unplugged the network cable or router
If the problem persists, contact the Bowlr Support Team by creating a support ticket from within the Bowlr system, so we are made aware of the problem and will check systems on our side.
