2026-03 - Changes to Visitor Fee in the Rink Fees Module

We changed the way this works to give clubs more control:

1. Changing the Visitor Fee to optional instead of mandatory when creating a new Rink Fee

1. If a club leaves the Visitor Fee field blank, then users won't see a Visitor option for this Rink Fee when using the Edit Booking page on the System side, and the Book A Match pop-up in the Member Portal.

2. When an amount is entered in to the Visitor Fee field, the first member listed on the booking pays this fee for every visitor added to the booking, out of their balance. The amount continues to be displayed on the Edit Booking page on the System diary.

3. Clubs who do not want the first member of a booking to be charged for visitor fees can simply enter 0 in the Visitor Fee field. The Visitor option will then be available for selection but at £0 it won't result in a fee being charged.
