The small media boxes powering the TVs are very reliable, but it is still possible for the TVs to not be displaying content correctly.
The box will often be propped up behind the TV, connected to the TV, a network cable and the mains power.
If there’s a problem with the Diary TV or the News TV, follow these steps:
- Does a reboot of the media box solve the problem?
- Yes = Problem solved
- No = Go to Step 2
2. Does the TV display content from other sources ok?

- Yes = Create a support ticket so we can arrange a replacement to be sent out
- No = We can’t be certain the media box is the problem, please test the TV with another source first and report back.
It's important to check the TV is able to view other content from another source before sending the media box back. Otherwise we'll likely waste time sending a replacement out and this may not solve the problem.
