Receptionist

A Receptionist user has limited access to the following sections:

• Bookings
  • Can Create, Edit, Move, Copy regular bookings
  • But cannot move League or Competition matches
• Accounts
  • Access to submit Rink Takings only
• Members
  • Members list
    • Can also view member's address
    • Cannot view full member information
  • Locker & Key

NOTE: If your club uses the Bolton Cup / Ladder League feature, the Receptionist user has full access to manage leagues of that type automatically..

NOTE: If your club has the Rink Fees Module enabled, the Receptionist user can use the Edit Balance feature.
