Only a Manager user can create and edit other system users. To make changes to other users, first sign in as a Manager user.
From any page, click on the Manager tab and choose Users & Passwords.
The Users & Passwords page appears:
This page allows you to:
- View existing user usernames & roles
- Add new users
- Edit new users
- Change password
- Change username
- Change role
- Remove users
The Create New User section requires you to enter a unique username for the new user, this should be all lowercase and have no spaces.
The password needs to be strong, see Advice on passwords.
The Users section has articles covering the different access/permissions the different users have.
Once set, click the green Save button to finish.
