For the members

Within the member portal, members can view their balance and top up by secure card payment. This is an instant top up, with no action needed from the club.

When members make a booking online for a type of match that has a Rink Fee associated to it, rink fees will be deducted automatically from the members.

Depending on how the club has set it up, members can add other members & visitors to the match, and the member will be charges for the visitor or visitors will still need to pay at the club themselves.

 

For the club

Overdrafts

Clubs can decide the amount of overdraft members are allowed, if at all.

Competition and League matches will always be deducted, regardless of overdraft limit.

Rink Fees

Go to Fees > Rink Fees to see a chronological list of all debits and credits made to all members.

Clubs cannot delete any of these debits or credits. A refunded must be manually credited if trying to reverse a mistaken debit.

When a member or club cancels a booking the match is refunded automatically and removed from the system with no input from the club side, but an email notification will be sent. When a club has the Rink Fees Module enabled, members are not allowed to cancel matches on the same day as play.

Rink Fee Types

Clubs can control how members are charged rink fees by clicking the Rink Fee Types button in the Rink Fees page.

Clubs can enable/disable fees to temporarily prevent them from being used/applied.

Clubs can edit fees at any time, and this will only affect new transactions.

Clubs can Archive a Rink Fee Type if it is no longer needed, or if a major change is needed that cannot be done with an edit.

Balances

The Balances page shows all member balances and can be searched and sorted accordingly.

Diary

Clubs will see that on the system diary, any teams containing players with insufficient funds to pay for an upcoming match will be highlighted in Yellow.

Visitors will appear green, which indicates to whoever is overseeing the club that this individual will need to pay on arrival as payment was not taken automatically/electronically.
