Rink Fees Module Overview

The Rink Fees module gives members an online balance to pay for roll up games and leagues. This reduces the amount of cash handling taking place at the club and, in turn, bank fees. The member’s balance will be deducted as soon as they book a rink for a roll up game. If they’re playing in a league, their balance won’t be deducted until results have been entered. This can be done by either the player or a club official.

Reducing cash transactions for rink fees

The Rink Fees Module is for Rink Fees only – this does not include member fees/bar payments or subscription fees.

The purpose of this is to provide clubs with a tool to avoid handling lots of small cash transactions and move to a cashless system. This works like a pay as you go phone with no need for members to carry a physical card, this is all stored via their membership and balances can be topped up using the members portal.

This can be used for Roll up fees and League match fees. Soon this will be available for Competition match fees also.
