The Accounts module allows you to record transactions against members.
From the Member List, click the £ button for a member. You'll arrive at the member's transaction page:
The grey box at the top allows a new transaction to be recorded for a member.
Select Payment Type then make sure to select the correct season from the Subscription Season menu.
Click Add Transaction.
Repeat this process for as many transactions/payments as necessary, i.e. Locker Fee:
