Adding a match in the Availability Module

The Availability option will be available on the menu bar if your club has opted for the module:

The Add match button is available on the top right:

This leads to a page for entering all of the main match information:

Like on other parts of Bowlr, the fields with a red title are mandatory, and the fields with a black title are optional.

When a date is selected and the match is set to Home, the bookings will not yet be created in the diary, that is an extra step after match creation.

When Away is selected, the option to enter a Location is available.

The Start time is only used to inform Captains and Players in the invitation email and in their account area of the Microsite. This does not affect the diary.

Inviting Groups

You can now invite an entire group of members to a match during the creation of the match which will save a lot of time.

Your club should already have an automated group set up for All Members (if not see Creating groups of members which updates automatically). This means you can quickly create matches which are available to all of your members to respond.You can also just as easily create groups either manually or based on any other criteria to save you time when creating matches.

You can choose not to invite a group, and you can still invite individual members to a play a match from within the Players page.

Inviting a group or individual members does not send an email invite to the members, you can choose when to send the email invite after by visiting the Players page.
